WHO WE ARE?
Facilitating transactions for declarants and traders, simplifying import and export procedures, are the drivers for the deployment of the platform launched in September 2019.
Established by the Guinean state through a concession of (no.) years to the Webb Fontaine Group, the Guinée Unique Foreign Trade Window (GUCEG) is a platform that allows all actors involved in foreign trade in the Republic of Guinea to proceed with their transactions no matter where they are located
With the GUCEG platform and the advanced technology we have developed, we provide users with a unique gateway to international trade.
The GUCEG is the interactive portal for facilitating import and export operations in the Republic of Guinea.
WHAT WE DO (OUR SERVICES)
Facilitation, simplification and dematerialization of import and export operations in the Republic of Guinea. The GUCEG platform covers pre-clearance & clearance services and soon those of logistics for port, airport, air and rail traffic.
In public access, we make available laws and regulations related to import/export transactions, a customs duty and tax simulator, the list of manifests and several other services that allow potential investors and or operators to have visibility on the complete import and export process.
In private access, users can proceed :
- Manage the declaration of intent to import & export
- The online payment of the DDI/DDE as well as the duties and taxes of Customs
- Management of pharmaceutical licenses
