Training for Customs Brokers: GUCEG Strengthens the Adoption of Its Digital Solutions

As part of its user support program, the Guinea Single Window for Foreign Trade (GUCEG) organized a training session for customs brokers to strengthen their knowledge and use of the platform’s functionalities.

This initiative reflects GUCEG’s commitment to supporting foreign trade professionals in making the best use of its digital solutions.

Training Focused on Platform Functionalities

During the session, participants gained a deeper understanding of the platform’s key features, including the consultation of vessel call announcements, manifests, bills of lading (BLs), cargo movements, container tracking, and dashboards for monitoring trade formalities.

Improved Skills for Greater Efficiency

By strengthening their expertise, customs brokers will be able to process their operations more quickly, efficiently, and reliably while improving the day-to-day management of their activities.
